Volunteer Fundraiser Role

We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic and committed volunteers to support our fundraising activities to join our team of volunteers. As Fundraisers (Volunteers), you will play a key role in helping us raise funds to sustain our efforts and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ideation for developing, implementing and performing fundraising initiatives. • Help organize, plan and promote fundraising events, activities and campaigns. • Engage with community members and raise awareness about our cause. • Support the team in donor management and communication. • Collaborate with fellow volunteers, e.g. students, professors, professionals, businesses and others to maximize fundraising efforts.

Qualifications for volunteer fundraisers ideally may include:

• Could be individuals who are professional, recent graduates or even college or university students. • A genuine passion for assisting people/communities. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Enthusiasm for community engagement and teamwork. • Previous experience in fundraising or event planning is a plus, but not required. • Ability to commit to a regular volunteering schedule. • Previous experience in marketing material creation and dissemination of content through digital social media channels are a plus, but not required.
